In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "zc444", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the zc444 platform, an internationally licensed online gaming operator.
• "Platform" means the zc444 website accessible at zc444.bet, including all products, services, games, betting markets, and features available thereon.
• "Member", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered a zc444 account and agreed to these Terms.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration on the zc444 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Member's zc444 account wallet, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cashable incentives awarded to a Member subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Member on a casino game, sports event, live dealer table, or any other product available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by zc444 in compliance with its licensing obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which Member accounts are denominated on the zc444 platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, cool-off periods, session reminders, and self-exclusion facilities available to all Members through their account settings.

To register a zc444 account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced. zc444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as a private individual. Registration on behalf of a third party, a corporate entity, or under a fictitious identity is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of a zc444 employee or director.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You may hold only one active zc444 account at any given time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and balances being forfeited.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion scheme that would prohibit you from accessing online gaming platforms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your zc444 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. zc444 strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication on your account, which is available free of charge from your account security settings.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your zc444 account — including all wagers placed, withdrawals requested, and bonus claims made — will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have notified zc444 that your account has been compromised.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the zc444 support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. zc444 will take reasonable steps to investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

• Do not use easily guessable passwords. zc444 recommends a minimum of 12 characters combining upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not access your zc444 account from public or shared devices without logging out and clearing your browser session upon completion.
• Do not save your zc444 login credentials on shared or public computers.
• Notify zc444 promptly if you change your registered contact details so that two-factor authentication and account recovery options remain current.

zc444 will never send unsolicited requests for your password by email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from zc444 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

All financial transactions on the zc444 platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. No other payment methods are currently supported.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice.
• Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet in real time in the majority of cases. In rare instances, processing delays may occur due to the payment provider's systems. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
• zc444 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside zc444's control.
• Deposits must only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in funds being held pending investigation.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless the Member has completed an enhanced verification process.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed until identity and age verification has been satisfactorily completed.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• zc444 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 to 72 hours of a request being submitted, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times.
• Any active Bonus Funds or unwagered bonus-related balances will be voided at the time a withdrawal is requested unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.

zc444 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are governed by these general Terms and Conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Each promotion will specify the applicable wagering requirement, minimum odds or game contribution rates, eligible games or markets, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts (if any). These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• zc444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Member has already opted in, any bonus already credited to the Member's account will remain valid subject to its existing terms.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable and cannot be used to satisfy withdrawal minimums. Only cash winnings derived from successfully wagered Bonus Funds are withdrawable, subject to the applicable wagering requirement being met in full.
• zc444 reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds and any associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse is identified, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without meaningful risk, or collusion with other Members.
• Bonuses are for entertainment and promotional purposes only. Members should never play with the intention of treating bonuses as a guaranteed income source.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and sportsbook activity on the zc444 platform, including but not limited to cricket (PSL, international tests, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup), football, and all other markets offered:

• All bets are accepted subject to the prevailing odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In the event of an obvious pricing error, zc444 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the incorrect price.
• Bets placed after the official start time of a match or event will be void unless specifically offered as in-play markets by zc444's sportsbook system.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended without notice during live events. Any bets already confirmed prior to suspension remain valid. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement rules will follow the specific sport and market rules published by zc444. In the absence of specific rules, abandoned events will generally be voided.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your PKR wallet upon official settlement of the relevant event or market.
• zc444 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets. Maximum payout limits are displayed within the sportsbook.

All casino games available on the zc444 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games (Limbo, MT Live), and other instant-win products — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer products, real physical equipment monitored by independent operators.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live physical dealing equipment. zc444 does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes in any way.
• The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and RNG game is published by the respective game provider. zc444 does not modify published RTP values.
• Technical malfunctions in a game — such as disconnection mid-round, software errors, or display faults — shall void all affected bets unless the game result has been officially recorded by the game server prior to the fault. In such cases, the server-side result is definitive.
• Live dealer games are subject to the specific rules of the respective game as explained by the live dealer or displayed on the game interface. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zc444 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account simultaneously, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform functionality in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players, including in live poker or other competitive game formats, to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over zc444.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or bonus farming strategies with the systematic intent to exploit promotional offers without genuine engagement with the platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the zc444 platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit or abuse any technical error, miscalculation, or system fault on the platform. Any winnings obtained as a result of exploiting a known platform error may be voided.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses zc444 staff, live dealer personnel, or other Members of the platform.
• Accessing the zc444 platform using a VPN, proxy, or any technology designed to mask your true geographic location where such access would circumvent regional restrictions applicable to your jurisdiction.

zc444 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Members. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment only and should never be treated as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before coming into effect.
• Loss Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. Once a loss limit is reached within the specified period, no further wagers will be accepted until the limit period resets.
• Session Reminders: Members may set session time reminders that will notify them when a specified duration of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cool-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary cool-off period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which account access will be suspended. Cool-off periods are irrevocable once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel their gambling is becoming harmful may request indefinite self-exclusion. All content on the zc444 platform — including but not limited to the zc444 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, game content (where provided directly by zc444), and all other materials — is the intellectual property of zc444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the zc444 name, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written consent from zc444.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of zc444's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zc444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits as a result of technical malfunction, connectivity issues, or platform downtime.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
• Loss of data, account information, or game history resulting from circumstances outside zc444's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate due to circumstances beyond zc444's control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit zc444's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. zc444's aggregate liability to any individual Member in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in that Member's account at the time of the incident.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zc444 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

zc444 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering a zc444 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, zc444 collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification (KYC).
• Processing deposits and withdrawals through supported PKR payment methods.
• Complying with anti-money laundering and regulatory reporting obligations under zc444's international gaming licence.
• Delivering personalised promotions and communications where you have provided consent.
• Improving Platform performance, security, and user experience.

Your continued use of the zc444 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. Any pending withdrawal requests submitted prior to account closure will be processed in the normal manner subject to these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zc444 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and zc444 relating to your account, a wager, a withdrawal, a bonus, or any other aspect of your use of the Platform, the following process shall apply:
